Blanco

Oxygenated, chilled to 4 degree centigrade, then filtered through activated carbon filters before bottling.

Tasting notes: herbaceous and light bodied with aromas of dried grass, pine, pepper, and a light smoke note. Slightly sweet with flavors of melon, pepper, and mint.

Reposado

Aged 6-12 months in medium charred American white oak and French oak barrels.

Tasting notes: Floral and fruity with hints of a grassier herbaceousness. Aromas of vanilla, white pepper, and lavender. Hint of cherry and mellow oak.

Anejo

Aged 1-3 years in medium charred American and French oak barrels.

Tasting notes: Floral with prominent aromas of lavender and orange blossom. Lingering mellow oak and white pepper. Velveting smooth with flavors of black cherry and vanilla.

 

Extra Anejo

Aged 3-5 years in medium charred American white oak barrels. 

Tasting notes: Floral and herbal tones with strong, consistent body. Hints of vanilla and almond.
